Is this a confirmed booking?
It is a booking request. Trent calls or texts to confirm the day and time. There is no payment online.
What do I need to have ready?
Access to a standard power point and a garden tap. If that is not possible, mention it in the notes and we will discuss alternatives.
How long does a detail take?
About 2 to 2.5 hours for Essential, 2.5 to 3.5 hours for Elevated and 3.5 to 5 hours for Pro, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Are the prices fixed?
Car mould removal is a set $999 and caravan mould removal is $1,299. Detailing prices are starting prices: a very large or very dirty vehicle can cost more, and Trent confirms the price before the job.
