  1. Services Provided – Aussie Gleam (the “Company”) provides professional mobile auto detailing services including exterior washing and waxing, interior cleaning and conditioning, and other related services as described on our website (the “Services”).
  2. Scheduling and Cancellation – Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are accepted based on availability. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  3. Pricing and Payment – Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are based on information supplied and subject to change should conditions arise as needed such as excessive dog hair, an excessively dirty vehicle etc. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered by cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
  4. Customer Obligations – Customers must provide a safe, legally parked location for the detailing service to be performed. The Company is not responsible for any parking citations or towing fees incurred. Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
  5. Limitation of Liability – The Company’s services are provided on an “as-is” basis. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle or its contents. Customers are advised that detailing products may cause fading or damage to certain surfaces and materials. Aussie Gleam is registered business that has current and full Public Liability Insurance as required under Australian law.
  6. Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.

By scheduling services with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Complaints Policy

At Aussie Gleam, we strive to provide the highest level of professional mobile detailing services. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. We take all customer complaints and feedback seriously and will make every effort to resolve any problems in a timely and reasonable manner.

How to File a Complaint

If you have a complaint about our services, you must contact us by midnight on the same day the service was rendered using one of the following methods:

Please provide your name, contact information, date of service, and details of the complaint. You must also submit photos/videos documenting the issue.

Complaint Resolution Process

  1. We will thoroughly investigate the issue, which may involve contacting the detailer(s) involved.
  2. Should it be deemed necessary, we will schedule a time within 48 hours to re-service your vehicle to properly rectify the issue at no additional cost.

If there is refusal to allow us to re-service the vehicle within the 48 hour period, we will consider the complaint resolved and no further recourse will be provided.
